This page sets out the rules for using Luckzie. By registering, depositing or placing a single bet, you accept everything written here. Read it carefully.

Luckzie is operated under licence number AOFA-ALSI-202412035-FI2, issued by Anjouan Gaming in the Union of the Comoros. That licence governs how we run the site, how disputes are settled and which law applies. If any clause conflicts with the law of your place of residence, the local rule takes priority for you personally, but the rest of these terms stay in force.

We may update this document when regulations, products or payment arrangements change. Material changes are posted here before they take effect, and the revision date is shown at the top. One person may hold one account only — duplicate accounts linked by name, address, device, IP or payment instrument may be merged or suspended, and bonuses claimed through them cancelled.

Promotions are optional, and each carries its own conditions published alongside the offer. Unless an offer states otherwise, wagering must be completed before withdrawal, game contributions vary, and maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active. Chasing a bonus with irregular, risk-free or low-risk patterns of play — such as covering both sides of a bet — voids it. Bonus abuse, including coordinated multi-account claiming, forfeits the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

You can close your account at any time by contacting support; we will process remaining verified funds subject to the usual checks. We may also suspend or close an account for breach of these terms or regulatory reasons.

An account with no login or wagering for 12 consecutive months is treated as dormant, and a monthly administration fee may apply to any remaining balance until it reaches zero or you reactivate. We will attempt to notify you first.

Luckzie provides the service "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by connection faults, third-party outages or events beyond our control, and our total liability is limited to the balance in your account. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
